JOIN THE MOVEMENT

-
The opportunities to serve, love, and share the gospel are endless, and the need is great. Whether you can come for a couple of days or the whole week, we need people ready to pour out love in tangible ways. Serve on our ministry site by handing out tea and water in our Way Out Tea Tent, helping in the arts and crafts tent, answering question, painting faces, doing henna, or distributing water, hygiene, and first aid supplies in our Roo-Store—all while engaging in Spirit-led conversations that naturally open doors to the gospel. If you're drawn to street evangelism, join our GOO@Teams, walking into Center-Roo to meet people where they are, spark meaningful conversations, and invite them back to our space to experience deeper community and love. Every role is vital, and every moment is an opportunity to impact lives. Don’t just attend Bonnaroo—be the hands and feet of Jesus while you're here. THINGS TO KNOW

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SERVING

TRAVEL LOGISTICS

Arriving & Departing:

Bonnaroo takes place in Manchester, Tennessee, about an hour southeast of Nashville. If you're flying in, the nearest airport is Nashville International Airport (BNA). With advanced planning, our team can help coordinate transportation to and from the airport, making your travel logistics easier and ensuring you’re well cared for upon arrival and departure.

Throughout The Festival:

Outside of the festival grounds and our ministry site, we have a local church partner right around the corner that serves as our home base. This is where all volunteers will arrive, check in, receive additional information or training, and prepare before being shuttled to our ministry site within Bonnaroo. We operate two official shuttles on a consistent, published schedule, ensuring easy and reliable transportation between the church and the festival grounds. For security and safety reasons, all volunteers must enter Bonnaroo and serve with Love@Roo exclusively through our shuttles. These shuttles run regularly throughout the week, making it easy for you to move between our home base and ministry site while serving at the festival.

LODGING DURING THE FESTIVAL

While serving at Bonnaroo, we offer two lodging options to fit different comfort levels and ministry styles.

Option 1:

Our first option is our Live@Roo crew, where we secure multiple camping spots throughout the festival grounds in addition to our main ministry site. These campsites are strategically placed among other festival campers, allowing us to build relationships, love our neighbors, and share the gospel in a unique and immersive way. Each site will host up to 10 people with 2 team leaders, and volunteers can either bring their own tent or request camping gear from our team. This option provides an authentic festival experience while being on the front lines of ministry.

Option 2:

For those who prefer a more controlled environment, our second option is offsite lodging at our partnering church. This church offers a climate-controlled gymnasium where volunteers can set up indoor sleeping areas. It also features men’s and women’s restrooms with showers for added comfort. The church is also home to our 24/7 prayer and worship room, providing a space for spiritual renewal throughout the week. A shuttle service will run on a consistent schedule, ensuring easy transportation between the church and our Love@Roo ministry site.

MEALS THROUGH OUT THE WEEK

At Love@Roo, we want to care for our volunteers well, ensuring that those who are giving their time and resources to serve are also refreshed and well-fed throughout the week. In addition to providing lodging options, we offer three catered meals a day to keep you energized while serving. Love@Roo is blessed to partner with professional chefs who dedicate their time and talents to preparing delicious, nourishing meals for our team. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at two different times to accommodate everyone's serve schedules, ensuring that each volunteer has time to rest, eat, and recharge. Additionally, we have a designated catering area where volunteers can relax and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day.

MINISTRY SCHEDULE

At Love@Roo, we deeply value each volunteer and are committed to providing an organized, sustainable experience where you are both empowered and well cared for. Our goal is to make sure you are equipped to serve with us—not just for us—while ensuring you receive spiritual nourishment, rest, and personal care throughout the week.

We’ve curated a schedule that offers daily teaching, worship, and activation times led by respected evangelist to empower you in your ministry. At the same time, we’ve built in downtime to ensure you are able to rest and recharge physically and spiritually.
